Cooking Instructions


Pre Cooking:- Soak the Rice for 30 mints as it is sortexed clean,not necessary to clean before soaking.

Measurement

For Open cooking 1 Cup of rice -5 Cups of water
For Closed Cooking Soaked 1 Cup Rice -2 Cups Water


Stove Top

• Boil water in a large saucepan.
• Measure 45g(1.5 OZ) rice per person and put it into the saucepan of boiling water.
• Add salt if desired.
• Bring to boil, stir once, cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
• Drain water, fluff with a fork and serve hot.

Microwave

• Boil water in a large microwave safe bowl.
• Measure 45g(1.5 OZ) rice per person and put it into the saucepan of boiling water.
• Add salt if desired.
• Cover and vent. Cook on full power(650 W) for 10 minutes.
• Drain water, fluff with a fork and serve hot.

For best results, soak rice for 15-20 minutes before cooking.
